Room was clean room and Staff very hospitable and a Business-friendly environment although location is a bit off road but accessible. Will patronize again when going to Scotland

Great little gem. Friendly staff, clean rooms and very confy beds.

This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.

The hotel was really nice built in the 17 hundreds nice n clean staff exceptionally helpful and very friendly we required a disabled room there was stairs into hotel which I could manage then once in everything on the level room was lovely with lots of space and had a wetroom with rails to hold onto and the choice of 2 different shower heads to use the meals were really good would highly recommend it

Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, food was excellent and very reasonably priced, the decor and comfort of the rooms was of a very high standard. Would book this hote again.

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming they were superb. We were sorry the restaurant and bar were shut and there was no hot option for breakfast. (We stayed Sunday to Monday)

Large room with comfortable bed. Breakfast excellent cooked to perfection. Ate lunch one day meal was also excellent cannot fault the food at all.

It was immaculate and in an ideal location for me. The room was lovely and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were friendly and approachable and the car is secure, Nothing to fault.

Stayed for one night with my boyfriend, to get a break from it all and this was definitely the right place. Nothing was too much trouble, facilities great, bar food gorgeous, lovely atmosphere and tidy rooms. We actually had a bit of a hiccup from expedia as they sold a family room with 2 double beds that the hotel didnt have. Very quiet and peaceful

The owner was extremely attentive, even got some decaf coffee for our room. We were able to book into our room early which was very convenient. The room was very clean and even little touches like cotton buds and cotton wool in the bathroom didn’t go unnoticed. The breakfast, wow, excellent, such a hearty meal, lots to choose from again the owner remembered I drank decaf.
