"It was difficult to access the car park due to road works and remodelling at the front of the hotel. However what was being undertaken it will be an excellent pedestrian and event area the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful the food was of a high standard. "Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable bed. As weather was very hot we were glad a fan was provided for the room. We had our evening meals in the restaurant for the 2 nights we were there,lovely food and plentiful. Hotel was within walking distance of parks and Carlisle city centre."

"Last minute booking as I was driving north. Shortly after received a courtesy call checking for arrival time. Very large car park. Close to the motorway (no noise issues) Very polite receptionist. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I have zero complaints from my overnight stop. "
