"Very historic, rustic and beautiful older property. It was very quiet and the host Duncan was spectacular! We thought we were going to have to go all the way back to town for dinner. He served us a delicious meal and even dessert. The tubs are unique but functional and warm water after a bit of a warm up. Very comfy, clean and welcoming. "

Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend Ballifeary Guest House. "

"This was our favorite hotel on our trip to Scotland. The location is great and we had a totally comfy stay. This is a family run hotel and you can tell. Iain was a great host and he made sure we felt welcomed. He even set us up with a "do it yourself" breakfast on a day we had to leave early for a tour. The room was quiet and comfortable. It's definitely not ultra-modern... and that's one of the things I loved about it. And you can walk anywhere in town from the hotel in just a few minutes....
