"The communication at check-in was excellent. The house is on a secluded space set back from the road. It is quite small but fine for a single traveller or couple. The bedroom is a very good size with a decent shower room en-suite. It is warm and the kitchen is well equipped in the main. "The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a little tired and needed a bit of a refurb. Breakfast was good but the Japanese pancakes were not light and fluffy. More like a cake bread roll. Parking was opposite hotel and there was room to park the car when we got there. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly."
