Attention to detail, everything was spotlessly clean. Good shower, nice towels. Refreshments in room.Friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast, cooked to perfection. Bar if you fancy a tipple.
My only slight negative was lack of blackout blinds or drapes, was awake very early as the room was flooded with light. But everything else spit on. Thank you Diane & Chris.

Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast.
The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired.
The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre.
Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance.
Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking...

A very rare review – but our stay at Y Capel was absolutely faultless. Although a remote annexe of The Erskine Arms (on the same small street, opposite Erskine Arms) it is absolutely beautiful. A converted chapel with its own parking, one vehicle per room. It is ideally situated, right in the centre of Conwy. Walking distance from all the essential venues in Conwy. The building, the rooms and communal areas are all spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated. Our room (Number 10), was very, very...

Amazing food in the restaurant with very large portions. We stayed in room 4 which was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Beds are very comfy and the room temperature was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Nice quiet location, rooms nice not super luxury but high end. Very nice spa pool, lovely and warm and allow kids at certain hours only. The restaurant was good food but not very good service.

Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the standard was very high. From the moment we arrived Simon was very welcoming and explained how the hotel worked. Our sea view room was superb and could not be faulted. Breakfast was preordered and was of high quality. Simon gave us excellent advice on how to get to a site where we had stayed 42 yrs ago, the hotel was demolished a number of yrs ago and we followed his recommendation of the location of a high quality cafe on the way. He was spot on and...

David and Elvira are fantastic hosts who ensure that your stay is very personal. The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!

Very clean, quiet and modern stay. Room had everything we needed and is located in a fantastic place in Llandudno. Breakfast was lovely and they are accommodating to vegetarians. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Not a complaint just a note- we couldn't park on site as we couldn't get our car up the road (car is a mid size SUV). However we parked in the town hall car park, which you can pay for on an app/website as well as by meter. The app/website lets you extend time and also allows you...
