Rooms are on the small size, but well laid out. Bed was super comfortable. Best pillows ever! Shower was great. Very comfy room. No vending machines or ice/water stations, but staff is very accommodating. Uber/taxi was super easy from airport. Train station is literally next door. Tons of restaurants and shopping across the street. Location could not be more perfect.

Everything. This is an amazing property for the price. It is adjacent to the famed Lime Street Liverpool train station. If you are taking a train STAY HERE. Also, it is a short walk to center of town, many site, the famed Mathew Street, and the waterfront. The hotel is modern, super fund-trendy with Beatles and pop themes, yet also has a luxury feel with a gorgeous central staircase - although you would want to use the lift for higher floors. Also, a nice restaurant and bar attached. The room was immaculate, well-appointed and pretty. I would tell them to get more towel racks or holders in the bathroom that while, nice and modern and clean, had some wasted space. This is a nitpick - otherwise 4 plus stars!

The hotel was beautiful, great location connected to Lime Street train station. We loved our room, we had a beautiful view and the nespresso machine was as a nice touch for morning coffee while we got ready. The breakfast and light bites in the onsite restaurant were great, as was the staff! My only complaint is the front desk staff. We came across 6-7 different employees when we entered and exited the hotel lobby. Of those, there were 2 that were friendly and offered assistance. The others never even looked up from the computer when we walked in. Overall great stay and we will be back when we visit Liverpool again.
