What a great find! Our daughter lives just across the road, so this place is absolutely perfect for us when we visit. The rooms are located below a fantastic, upmarket bar and restaurant overlooking the canal. You enter through an unassuming black door at the rear of the property, which is a private entrance. Fantastic apartment, great location. Only thing I didn’t like was that the check- in guy asked for my credit card and ID and disappeared for several minutes with them before returning them to me, which makes me worry about card fraud so I should have been advised of this beforehand

Great facilities, they really have thought of everything… from the cinema room to the gym & the laundry room. Stayed for a work trip but would return for a personal trip!

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

The location was convenient to the public transport and there's a local shop nearby.

Excellent room - everything was brand new and very clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch, even if there wasn’t a cooker - it was enough for our one night stay. Some dish soap would had been nice, but other than that it was a perfect stay. It can be a little noisy as it is above the pub, but apart from that it was very cosy and we would come back again.

A very accessible and comfortable place to stay on London. An unmanned apartment block but the arrangements with the management were clear and comprehensive. A short walk from both Edgware tube and Paddington railway stations, so good place to stay for all types of visitors with a small park outside the front door. The accommodation appeared new and was both clean, comfortable with your own kitchen. Would certainly stay there again.

My 2nd time and still good as before. Clean room, safe, free view TV, modern bathroom (shower) with hot water and soft white towels, Comfy soft bed, with good quality linen. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

The staff are so welcoming and the property is amazing. The garden is lovely and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout for Moamen who was very helpful and welcoming to us. Thank you
