Offer was made to replace it but holiday interfered with finding a suitable time prior to my departure so I used the cooktop to heat my food for the last three days of my stay. The cleaning person was very kind and helpful. That was my second stay at Concept Apartments and I will definitely stay there again if I am in London in the future. Super soft bedding! Only issue and it knocked it down was the actual bed. It’s 4 inches of extra firm mattress on IKEA wooden slats. We could feel the slats as well slept. It was so uncomfortable it became a kind of joke the whole trip. Like we can stay out and spend money or we can go back and go to sleep in the bed. There are no block out blinds, just wooden boards that you pull out, which don’t do a great job at keeping the light out - this means that the light shines on you all night. I’m quite a heavy sleeper so this wasn’t a massive issue for me, but for others I can foresee this being an issue. The only other issue I had was as that the heating seemed to be controlled centrally - the thermostat didn’t seem to work. As I was in a ground floor flat, whilst you could crack the window,, because it was ground floor, and street facing you could leave it open all night (there was no notch to prevent people from breaking in). Communicatios were excellent and access to the unmanned apartment was really easy.
