Overall the hotel is in a great location. Initial service staff were accommodating and helpful, especially the bell staff. However, after checking in, any requests from the front desk takes quite a while. Valet charged me twice, no refund was provided despite acknowledgment only one evening of usage. We stayed for 5 nights in one of the two bedroom suites. For a 5 Star hotel, I expected more.

​"An absolute gem in the heart of South Beach!" The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and couldn't be in a better location—virtually everything was within easy walking distance. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally attentive, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend!
