"The property itself was awesome. Being a 1st time VRBO user, I asked a question about payment that was never answered. VRBO stated that I would receive check in info about 3 days out. Rental manager stated I wouldn’t receive until 6 hours prior. At 3 hours until check in I had to reach out to them. And at that point, I was sent a link(which didn’t work) to register the guests. Things that could’ve been handled well in advance. Other than the pre check in hassle, everything was excellent. "

"After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."

"We visited Chester with our two kids and their grandparents. The house was an ideal size for 4 adults and the two kids.A great location for a decent enough walk into the city centre to tire everyone out on the return leg.The house was well enough presented but could do with a good deep clean and a new loo seat that fits.Given the listing is for max 6, we expected to find enough place settings to satisfy that many but there was a mish-mash of glasses, mugs, plates etc. The cupboards were also...

"The property is beautiful, exactly how it’s described and looks in the photographs pure luxury.I booked the property for mine and my partners families to get together for 2 days over New Year’s Eve and everyone loved it.The Host Lucy was fantastic from start to finish always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a beautiful spacious modern house to wow friends and family."

"The property was in a great spot for the visit to Anfield Stadium. Lovely & clean with comfy beds I raised a couple of issues with the owner on return - but they hasn’t affected our stay at all Would I stay again? Yes definitely Would I use VRBO? No the web site / messaging service is not great. Clunky and slow"
