Front desk workers are very friendly and will help you with any issues & is very close to many notable places in Downtown Toronto. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Scotiabank Arena & has convenient stores nearby. We went to the pool area and while it was not as big as we expected, we still enjoyed the facility. For the price it costed with the fabulous service, Novotel Toronto Center is the best choice if youre going to Toronto for a small trip."
