"Staff were exceptional - friendly and professional, really made me feel welcome, and went above and beyond expectations. The room was brilliant - good air conditioning, very clean, nice range of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, very comfy and firm bed with great pillows. The hotel was immaculate and the breakfast was superb (only improvement suggestion, a wee bit of haggis added to it would have made it just perfect)."

The room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. The location was also amazing and was in walking distance to all the major attractions/shopping/food.
