"Considering that Luton is not the place it used to be, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean & modern the hotel was. Our 2 night stay was great, however I do think coffee should be a free perk whenever you stay in any hotel anywhere. They did have coffee up in the room, but the coffee downstairs in the communal breakfast area was only available with the purchase of breakfast; this should have been available for free. Otherwise, it was a great choice of hotel, close walking distance to everything Luton has to offer, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Blackout blinds that actually cover the window would have been useful. Staff were great even provided fans as it was a heatwave breakfast was decent too, room could do with a little modernising"
