The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake and its quiet, sunny, and secluded hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. **Location** Lazise, district of Pacengo, 100 m a.s.l. The villa is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. ++ DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT NOT IN THE POOL ++. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) in the garage. **Special** Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), Wii, iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. Die Villa besticht durch ihre freistehende Lage, ohne direkte Nachbarschaft, mit wunderschönem Blick Richtung Westen über den Gardasee. Herrliche Sonnenuntergänge konnten wir dadurch genießen. Besonders sind das extrem großzügige Platzangebot des Hauses und das riesige umzäunte Grundstück. Alles aan het huis klopt en was in orde. Overal airco in de kamers wat bij 35 graden echt wel nodig is. Daarnaast een verfrissende duik in het mooie zwembad helpt altijd. en 's avonds heerlijk op terras met prachtig uitzicht over het gardameer.
