Adored the lady that checked us in, who assisted us at a later point throughout our stay. The hotel was lovely, clean and warm. From arrival to departure we were met with really attentive staff throughout the hotel who provided professional service within an informal friendly manner. From reception to dining room, breakfast and cleaning staff there was an informal relaxed atmosphere with a professional delivery.
