"Beware! Spend a bit more and forget about this dump. This is a poorly maintained, filthy ghost house where nothing works. The walls if my room were so thin that I could make out the conversation my neighbors were having. I had to wrong the doorbell fir 19 minutes before the host showed up and I never saw her again. The entrance was filthy with carpet stains all over the floors. Avoid it !!"

"Not well presented, it looked like refurbishing the building everything on my entrance, the closet was broken, the seat in the toilet had the wrong seat, not very nice stay I was expecting something better. Make it nice for the next customer"

"Great location for walking everywhere. Lots of dining choices close by. Train and bus stations are easy to reach for travel out of Edinburgh and to the airport. Rooms are well maintained and staff is very helpful. Princes Street and other shopping are also any easy walk away. Laundry was easy to use. Only recommendation is bring a UK power adapter, my fault for not checking before that European adapters don’t work."

"It was the best buffet breakfast our family has had. Quality ingredients, fresh, a variety of options. Fresh juices, smoothies, hot options, omelet station, tea and coffee. Just great! "

"Rooms are OK even if water is always slipping from the shower. Breakfast is not the best aspect of this hotel. Last time I found dirty towels and sheets. They also offer a voucher for who doesn’t request the room cleaning, which is a nice initiative. On the other hand they have many limitations of its usage making less useful. So after you fall in the trick you don’t do it or at least only for the environment."

"The room was really cozy! No much space for the suitcases. One of the 2 elevators failed during our stay but was repaired for the next day. Yogurt was available for 1 day only during our 5 days stay. Glad to have our breakfast prepared for our early checkout."
