"Lovely staff. Clean towels and bed linen. Any surface not looked down was caked in dust. So don't use selves or dry items on a radiator. Room decor is dated. Some areas clearly not repaired by a professional so had rough finishes. Hallways very hot and aircon in the rooms old and ineffective. The parking was easy, free and flexible. Breakfast is 3 staff guarding and rationing cold food (for cooked breakfast). There's plenty of food options half the price and better quality in a 5 minute walk."

"I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."

"Excellent customer service at check in. Staff asked to see ID for confirmation of name on booking. There is a £50 deposit which is authorised /debited then released/refunded. Timescale on getting your deposit back after check out depends on the type of card used. Staff explained services available with open times for breakfast, gym/pool and bar during check in which was great. The main reception and area on ground floor very spacious with some seats around the place. The room was just okay, seemed a little dated. I was disappointed with the general condition of the room. Old carpets with stains, bathroom sink not working well, chair with dust on it. There was room safe for anyone who uses it to keep valuables safe. Nice shower with usual shower gel/ shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Great location, very close to the airport. Local transport brilliant. Breakfast was excellent, good attentive staff. Nice, clean and well lit eating area. Check out is at 12pm which is great, some other hotels around the area have 11am check out. Check out again great customer service from the staff. Overall excellent customer service as you would expect from Marriot, it was just the room which could do with a refresh."
