We have stayed at Tahiti Village several times and the quality has gone downhill incredibly fast over the last 3 years. The pool area and public spaces are still nice and, honestly, the pool and location is why we even come back. Our room was SO dirty. The dishwasher had old gross food in it, the front of the microwave had grease and food on it. The TV’s were covered in dust, the mattress didn’t have a mattress pad on it. The bathroom is SO old, one sink was completely backed up and there were finger nail clippings on the floor. Each night at midnight there was a service truck that backed up right outside our room and unloaded supplies. I could never get the front desk to answer the phone and when I finally went down to tell them, they just said “oh, I’m sorry”. Good thing it was such a quick trip or else I would have had to move hotels. I’m really disappointed in the quality of stay and hope you guys figure out how to run a clean and comfortable hotel.

The first 2 days were the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. We were checked into a filthy room with a pile of garbage bags, blood on the toilet, and unvacuumed carpets. We complained but didn’t change rooms because we were told that we would be staying next to our sister who had a separate reservation. Front staff misinformed us. When we tried to voice our issues, we were treated with disrespect and prejudice. That first night we left for 8 hours expecting the room to be cleaned, but there was still blood on the toilet and the disgusting carpet. That 1rst night my husband and I plus our 2 kids had no choice but to sleep in a filthy room. We continued to see poor customer service when we never received extra blankets. Since we never had a chance to talk to anyone, we feel our only recourse is to leave bad reviews along with the photos of what we experienced. There is no enough space here to write the level of mistreatment and lack of care and customer service we received.

We loved our stay. Pool and lazy river was great. Daily activities were nice and inclusive. The property it’s feels like your in the pacific islands. Starbucks and Chic fil A was 2-3 min walk. Denny’s was on property. Las Vegas Premium outlet was the next street over.

A for the Pool. F for the room. We have stayed here a few times over the years. The Pool and amenities are nice, so were the workers. The shuttle offered to the strip was also nice. The room was Terrible! Every time we opened the door, it would shock us. There were cockroaches found in the Kitchen. We also found Mold in the shower. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The A/C unit blows right in your face in the bedroom and doesn’t work in the kitchen making the temperature all over the place. They have really let this place go down hill!

Do not stay here!!!! The sand pool had poop and the staff cleaning it gag a few times. The room was dirty and no service unless you stay for more than one week. The sink was clog for 3 days. Staff was not helpful.

Very good stay here... very quiet. Pool was warm even if it was 68 degrees outside... if i had to complain about anything i would like more food options. And althoug there was smoking areas some vacationers didnt always adhere to the rules. Other then those minor things. It was good price at a noce resort style hotel.

The property is nice. Away from, but still close to the strip which makes it quieter. Not a ton of amenities except for the nice pool and lazy river although the hot tub is small and was standing room only. The shuttle was somewhat helpful. Only 2 stops and the drop off places were inconvenient. Take in your own food if you want to use the kitchen. They charge $10 for a gallon of milk. The worst part was that we had a terrible time getting hot water when we wanted to bathe. Literally had to run the water 10 minutes before it began to warm up. Our drain was broken too, but they did come and fix that. Comfy pillows, but definitely needs some updates and a better water situation.

It is so helpful having a shuttle that runs every half an hour. They do need to do some upgrades in the rooms. Also not enough chairs for guests, and portions of the pool were closed due to being short staffed.

Our room was not super clean and the pull out couch was the worst we have ever slept on. The resort is really great but the pull out couch needs changed and when looking for a dropped earring found garbage and dirt under bed and around night stands.

We loved Tahiti Village. It was very clean and comfortable. Lots of space. We did request our balcony to be facing the pool but got a parking lot view. Lazy River was great, pool was nice but super crowded with lots of rowdy people. Also didn’t love the sand in the pool. We loved the free shuttle to the strip. Rooms were nice and quiet and came with everything needed for our 4 night stay. We’ll be back for sure!

Pools were heated and that was a great. We were given 3different rooms after the 1st one the heavy shower door fell on me, the shower handle came off. The air conditioner was throwing an error code the 2nd room the air conditioner was broken. Room #3 the phone was broken. The microwave had short in it a living room lamp know was broken and can’t turn on and the tv would not turn off. Other than that it was ok

The pool amenities and staff were excellent. The set up of the room is perfect. Only thing that i did not like was no counter space in bathroom, it needs a small cabinet to place items on.

We didn't have a great first impression when we arrived after midnight. We were missing sheets that never came even after requesting them twice. I guess there is no service at night.?? We switched rooms in the morning and all was good! Kids loved the lazy river and I loved the quietness and family vibes. The shuttle to the strip was quick and easy too. The sofa bed would not be appropriate for an adult because they are super uncomfortable.
