We have stayed at Tahiti Village several times and the quality has gone downhill incredibly fast over the last 3 years. The pool area and public spaces are still
nice and, honestly, the pool and location is why we even come back. Our room was SO dirty. The dishwasher had old gross food in it, the front of the microwave had grease and food on it. The TV’s were covered in dust, the mattress didn’t have a mattress pad on it. The bathroom is SO old, one sink was completely backed up and there were finger nail clippings on the floor. Each night at midnight there was a service truck that backed up right outside our room and unloaded supplies. I could never get the front desk to answer the phone and when I finally went down to tell them, they just said “oh, I’m sorry”. Good thing it was such a quick trip or else I would have had to move hotels. I’m really disappointed in the quality of stay and hope you guys figure out how to run a clean and comfortable hotel.
