Brilliant for those wanting to explore the volcanic area. Quiet and excellent star gazing. Food a little expensive but good quality. Very romantic,I proposed here.

A wonderful place to stay whether it be short term or long term or even just a night. I will be returning early next year and cannot wait to go back.

Excellent stay, very friendly hosts, even gave me a lift to the airport when taxi failed to arrive.

The Room was ok. The bathroom could use a little updating but the room was at a great price, and offered exactly what we wanted. Somewhere not too large but still with a restrurant and buffet breakfast. this fitted the bill perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were very helpful and the maids even put the oranges we bought in to a fruit bowl for us. Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all

One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

Weather was very good in late February, sunny about 72°f daily. The Gulf de Sur resort of San Miguel is pretty if a little quiet, but is ideal for young families and is only a 15 minute journey to Tenerife south airport. So we decided to travel into Los Cristianos, daily only 30 minute journey and cheap €1.35 one way. A one night stay whilst staying in Puerto. Lovely room, well equipped. A comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast sufficient. Friendly staff. Quiet area, parking outside on the street. Nice restaurants in the area.

The staff were amazing. They were always ready to help and no question of mine felt ridiculous. It truly felt like home away from home. The food was excellent and worth every penny. Best paella ever. Extremely beautiful location. The closest hotel to the sea. We’re able to take walks along the rocky beach or even morning jogs. We really felt pampered and relaxed. The pillows were heavenly. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Stayed here for a week, and honestly? Not bad at all. The place is clean, the staff are friendly as hell, and the apartments are bigger than my student flat—kitchen, living area, balcony, the whole deal. Great if you’re not into cramming into a hotel room like sardines. Pool’s decent, gym’s basic but usable, and there’s a mini-market on-site for when you’re too hungover to trek down the hill. Speaking of which… that hill? It’s a calf-buster. Be prepared to hike or rely on the free shuttle...

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. Grounds are really well kept, staff are amazing and pool area is so nice with a fantastic view Plenty of local restaurants within easy walking distance which are a fantastic Will be in a rush to come back

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.
