Excellent stay, very friendly hosts, even gave me a lift to the airport when taxi failed to arrive.

A wonderful place to stay whether it be short term or long term or even just a night. I will be returning early next year and cannot wait to go back.

The Room was ok. The bathroom could use a little updating but the room was at a great price, and offered exactly what we wanted. Somewhere not too large but still with a restrurant and buffet breakfast. this fitted the bill perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were very helpful and the maids even put the oranges we bought in to a fruit bowl for us. One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

Weather was very good in late February, sunny about 72°f daily. The Gulf de Sur resort of San Miguel is pretty if a little quiet, but is ideal for young families and is only a 15 minute journey to Tenerife south airport. So we decided to travel into Los Cristianos, daily only 30 minute journey and cheap €1.35 one way. Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. It’s a taxi to them area but not far at all

The staff were amazing. They were always ready to help and no question of mine felt ridiculous. It truly felt like home away from home. The food was excellent and worth every penny. Best paella ever. We have just come back from a 9 night stay at RGV - it was a truly magical holiday! The staff are the best ever I have ever met - always willing to go over and beyond and so incredibly friendly and smiley. Tom. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

This hotel is overall fantastic. The service is first class and it's spotlessly clean. There is no beach as such although there are two a short walk away. Food and drink at the hotel is expensive but there are several restaurants close by within easy walking distance. This hotel is in the upmarket area so these restaurants are also quite pricey so bring twice the money and half the clothes! It was our 4th stay at the hotel and we felt at home straight away. We had a beaitiful suite overlooking the sea and even had sun beds on our terrace. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and had a vast choice of everything you could ever want. We had a super time and can't wait to go again next year.

Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

This hotel exceeded every expectation and more. Hotel rooms are on the smaller side, but everything is modern, clean and useful. Bathrooms are very nice and general location is stunning. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas.
