I had no choice but to put a not so good review because check in was at 4 pm and we got there even early at 3:30 pm we checked in and we didn’t get our room until almost 7pm. We missed our dinner reservations because we didn’t have our room on time to shower and get ready so it was very disappointing and upsetting having to wait in our car to try to get some rest after driving 4 1/2 hours to get to Las Vegas. So even though the resort was nice and clean because of this huge delay I have to get a poor review unfortunately because that was not right.

Horrible experience went to check in and there were no rooms available. They gave us access to the pool (which was dirty, so were the grills and common areas they let us walk around) until our room was ready, but the time the pool was closed at 8pm they still didn’t have a room ready! There were a bunch of parties in the lobby waiting for rooms we all already booked and paid for. The staff was so nonchalant and could care less as if they wouldn’t be upset if this was happening to them. They let us cancel our room, but since we booked through Expedia we are having to jump through hoops for Expedia and the hotel to communicate and confirm the cancellation.

We absolutely loved the location and the amenities, however, when they called to check in on anything we needed, they never actually brought the items we indicated we needed. Why ask if you aren’t going to follow through? Other than that, we had a great stay!
