"From the get go the communications with the owners were excellent. The Coach House is alittle gem in Lincolnshire. Everything you would need for a holiday, superb bedding comfortable beds. The bathroom was lovely one of our guests was over 6ft and he loved that he could sit properly in the bath. Kitchen had all the utensils you would ever need , nice and warm with the aga going which was so in keeping and I didn't burn anything ! Absolutely fabulous stay with our 2dogs. "We stayed two nights. Property was immaculately clean throughout, was very well located for local shops and cafes and the property manager got small niggles sorted out quickly. What was disappointing was the complete lack of wardrobes in the bedrooms to hang clothes. There were also no bedside tables to put anything on, like watches phones etc."

"Advertised that there was a hair dryer available but there was no hair dryer in the property. Utensils were few and far between, no vegetable knife just a carving and a bread knife. Beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable we both had backaches after sleeping in both the master and the smaller front bedroom. It was an average stay but we wouldn't stay here again. "

The property would benefit from a few finishing touches such as a welcome pack and a bit more info on the property and its history. The bath looks great but isn't wholly practical for showering once the shower curtain is closed. The children loved the layout of the house and the books and games were well received."
