Great Stay Lovely Inn that serves excellent food

Very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

A great welcome from Rebecca. She is a good host and a good breakfast cook! Beds were comfortable, enjoyable suite a little small but more than adequate. Shower nice and powerful. Parking space is good at the back, but it is a very tight entrance. Coming back next year

This hotel is a gem!!! It is immaculate, the rooms are exactly what you would hope for and the price was amazing. I have paid a lot more for hotels which weren't as well maintained as this one is. The staff were great and had no problem with me bringing my assistance dog in and out. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Staff member on reception helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed a lovely meal in restaurant and all staff were friendly and helpful. Overall had lovely stay would definitely book this hotel again.

Celebrated my Husbands Taxi Ride at the Aviation Centre and wanted to stay over the same night. So glad we booked the Red Lion, the staff and Owners were really friendly, food was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, if we visit the Aviation Centre again we will certainly stay here.

Absolutely fabulous

Lovely small quete place to stay there's no places to eat but less then a mile away at least three pubs with food and a Tesco lots of fish to catch if you are into that . Can't wait to go back

Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park. Handy for the Spoons 😊😊

Very friendly, just what we needed as a base to stay whilst out in the area

A truly lovely stay at a homely pub that was superb value for money, the staff were very helpful & friendly, will definitely visit again when in the area .

Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay

Decent stay with good amenities.

This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time.

A fine room with a decent tv , kettle, tea coffee (and quite posh biscuits), newly installed secondary glazing (very effective against traffic noise) a window that opened nicely for ventilation (I have stayed in expensive joints where suffocating the guests seemed to be part of the deal), blackout curtains, plenty of very hot water at all hours and good water pressure in the shower. Plus a pretty garden/smoking area, free and good wifi connection and a landlady who seemed genuinely pleased to...
