"Very good security, staffs are lovely but the property a little dirty and not full convenient for use as the fridge bottom shelf broken, hot water tap spins around. Carpet not been hoover after last used as still have hair on the floor."

"Had a deluxe room with balcony,very nice massive bed,tv etc. only problem I had was managed to set off smoke alarm after using shower! The sensor is too close to the bathroom! Good wake up call for my neighbours though!"
