"The room was modern and relatively nice. It was by far the warmest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, on a day that wasn’t overly warm outside. A stand alone aircon unit was provided but it was far too noisy to be able to sleep with. I was given the key to another guests room, who I walked in on asleep at 10.30pm much to his and my surprise. Another room organised relatively quickly but nobody was on site meaning they had to get someone down. Leaving at 7am the next day still nobody on site. No follow up calls or apologies as of writing this 3 days later"

"The first thing to comment on is how good the staff were. Helpful and friendly in every area. In other areas the experience was good but fell down slightly on detail. The room was cosy, but needed a bit of TLC. A bit of paint touching here and there. Dinner was good, but the sea bass was tiny and the lamb pie was parsimonious with the lamb. The sticky toffee pudding could have been warmer. The menu is not cheap. At breakfast ingredients were excellent but eggs cooked too long, tomatoes too little. Small things but the difference between good and great. Small things but the difference between good and great."

"The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly good value"

"The apartment was clean with great amenities. The check in process was thorough and clear although the first lock was tricky to work out at first, once I worked it out, it was fine after that. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because it felt a bit stuffy and it would've been good to be able to open a window for airflow however the windows wouldn't open. Also it was quite noise with people going by and knocking really loudly on other doors in the area, so loud that we thought someone was knocking our door at 4am so went to check. However as a whole the stay was very pleasant and great for what we needed, the beds were really comfortable. I would recommend and stay again, but remember my ear plugs next time!"
