"The property was reasonably priced and as advertised. The manager was helpful as I was stupid, groggy, tired after camping and a long hike with my daughter upon approaching the property. The property manager really helped us out. I also met the cleaner of the property one of the most real and down to earth people you could ever meet. Who definitely deserves a pay rise, even more so when cleaning up after people like me. All positive notes, there's nothing negative that I could even make up....

"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Lovely clean and modern hotel. Great spot pretty much next door to the Piccadilly station. Easy to get to on public transport and close to the centre. Brilliant."

"I had to move rooms on the second day because of an electrical failure in the original room - I couldnt get in. I wasnt alerted to this until I came back to get ready for the concert I had booked and went up to my room. I then had to move to my alternative room two floors up and had to move all my belongings after having to pack myself and had to rush to unpack again and get to the show on time. I questioned the receptionist why hadnt I been contacted and was told as I had a'third party booking' they had no contact details. I found this very concerning - I and my friend had checked into two separate rooms as guests at the hotel and no details were on their system....very lax on security and worrying should an emergency have happened"

"Hi. We had an incident where the fire alarm was activated and requested to vacate the building. Being in room 616 right beside the fire escape stairwell both my wife and I proceeded down the stairs to the ground level where we found the fire escape door locked to hotel lobby , proceeded further down to lower ground level where the fire escape door was also found locked.We made our way to the hotel check in desk where we were told it was a false alarm. There was no PA made to this effect and I made the on duty staff aware that the ground level fire door was found locked. This should never be the case and these doors should be designed in such away that escape is always possible.
