"The staff were so friendly and very helpful, every time I called down from reception they were super happy to help and brought up anything I needed very quickly. The room was gorgeous and the hotel was lovely all round. It was very quiet as we went on a weekday but perfect for what we wanted. "Everything about the apartment was lovely, the bathroom, kitchen, the view! "Dissapointing in comparison to Malmaison Birmingham, no plug sockets next to the bed which is extremely frustrating and no bottles of water in the fridge. Most hotels in Manchester are providing this at the moment and there is no reason bottled water does not comply with COVID.
