I stay at the SwissEver semi-frequently when I travel for work as our HQ is in Steinhausen. I really want to call out Angela on reception who provides exceptional service to her guests. Every time I arrive to the warmest of welcomes, greeted like a returning friend - & nothing is too much trouble. Even when hundreds of guest arrive enmasse Angela keeps professional, calm & polite - such a credit to the hotel. Nice and cosy place! In middle of mountains but in a small village!

Great location to explore Luzern , 5 min walk to the river , Beside bus routes and near the train station , ideal for short stay visiting and exploring , lovely breakfast

The hotel was in a perfect location looking onto Lake Lucerne. I had booked a room with a balcony and when we arrived, we were given a family suite with seperate bedroom and sitting room so two balconies! Everything was spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a delicious steak dinner in the onsite restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and we would defitely return again.

The hotel is very well located in the center of the old town of Horgen and still close to the lake and public transport. The room was quite cosy, but since the building is very old, one can hear a lot of footsteps from the room above. Other than that and the too stuffed pillows, my stay was great. Lots of attention to detail and a huge selection on the breakfast buffet.

Room was clean but desperately needs a fan as there is no aircon
