Fantastic stay. We were kindly upgraded by the staff to a more comfortable room as we were travelling with 2 babies. Very clean, fantastic location, breakfast was excellent. Staff were all extremely polite and friendly. Literally cannot fault the hotel, would absolutely stay here again

Hotel was in an excellent position, just a block back from Promenade des Anglais, near a couple of decent restaurants on the front and less than a mile from the old town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with storing the luggage, advising honestly about places to go and how to get there. Breakfast (extra cost) was what we needed - cereals, cold meat and cheese, boiled eggs, some fruit and croissants etc. There's a supermarket over the road for anything else you need. Our room was excellent...

This hotel is a real gem. It is under new management and has been completely refurbished before reopening at the end of June 2018. Bathrooms, beds, pillows etc are all of high quality. The management and staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and just a few minutes from the main tourist areas. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets where you can enjoy being in the midst of the true Nice...

While there was a kettle with tea and coffee only one breakfast tea and fruit tea replenished each day, would have been nice to have a couple more. I am sure if we asked they would have been provided.

We stayed in a family room (double bed, sofa bed, kitchenette) and it was exactly as advertised. Great location; short walk to Old Town and Prom. des Anglais, close to big Caffefour supermarket. Sofa bed very easy to put out and back again, more comfortable than expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Allowed early access without problem (and waived the cost on this occasion). Since we stayed for 5 nights, cleaning was every 2 days. This was fine. Ideal for a short family break.

Nothing like a large hotel. Personal, comfortable and very welcoming. Each room is different. there is a kind of Bohemian theme in our room but when you actually visit Medieval Vence - it all makes sense. I loved this hotel and would happily go back. I stayed in 6 hotels over this holiday and i must say this was the comfiest bed by far.
