PYLA SUR MER, 100m from the beaches, residence comprising 2 small buildings in the middle of a wooded park. T2 CABIN on the ground floor with terrace not overlooked and private parking. Comprising: a cabin (2 bunk beds 90X190cm), a living room (sofa sofa bed /TV / cupboard) with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom (140X190cm bed / wardrobe), a bathroom, separate toilets. A 35m2 terrace (with furniture) and an individual parking space.
Ideal for a couple with 2 children. Countless tourist destinations on site (Arcachon basin, ocean beaches, Dune du Pyla, Landes forest, lakes, etc.).
Linen not provided, possibility to rent through the agency, [hidden] 1 pack of 140cm sheets + towels = €42/week - 1 pack of 90cm sheets + towels = €32/week.

Fonctionnel avec des points négatifs

Appartement fonctionnel et bien placé ! Cependant nous avons trouvé l appartement sale. La salle de bain est a refaire ! La terrasse sans vis à vis est un mensonge, elle donne sur le parking de la résidence ainsi que sur une maison. Nous avons également été très surpris de voir qu une porte du couloir donne l’acces direct a la terrasse.... !
