The room was great, comfy and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Location was good with a relatively short walk or underground journey to many of the key sites. On site breakfast wasn’t great, i would recommend a visit to Fiveran bakery instead (just around the corner)

The washer/dryer in the room is a nice amenity for those travelers who are on 10 day trips! Wonderful. And I enjoyed the foot spa after walking 7-9 miles per day.

Very comfortable stay. Location was great with an amazing bakery around the corner and a 7/11 just outside. Foot bath was amazing after all the walking. Room had everything we needed including a washing machine which was very convenient for us. Also really enjoyed the ReFa products in the bathroom. I’d definitely stay at a Tokyu hotel again. The only thing we found was that the staff were not around a lot and tea selection was limited.

The in room laundry machine worked great. A staff member even came to our room to explain how to use it. She also demonstrated how to use the TV. Breakfast was great and easy to order. Other personal favorites were the excellent coffee, water, and sake dispenser machines.

I really enjoyed staying here! It really caters to family and large groups. We had the washer/dryer in our room and I enjoyed the convince of cleaning and drying my clothes in the room. The hotel offered suggestions on local shops and things to do in the area. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from main shopping area, however a great location to have peace and quiet at night. There is a subway one block away from the hotel and 711 down the end of the road. My kid loved it here as well. They have an area for you to relax your feet in hot water after a day of walking. They offer coffee and wine. Very helpful with having your luggage shipped to next destination. I will be coming back to this hotel when visiting Kyoto again.

The hotel has an excellent location! You can easily walk around to restaurants and convenience stores, and there’s a super cute coffee shop for breakfast just two minutes away. The subway is also very close, which makes it easy if you need to travel with luggage. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room is really nice, clean, and quite spacious. They provide hair dryers and amenities from ReFa, so if you’re interested in buying their products, it’s a good chance to try them first. They also offer free coffee and water near the entrance, and there is a vending machine as well.
