Clean hotel with friendly staff. This hotel doesn’t have much of a wow factor. It is conveniently located near Kyoto station. Book here if you’re on a budget and you don’t plan to stay in the hotel except to sleep.

Don't let the outside of the building fool you. This is a quaint, boutique hotel that is quiet for such a great location next to the train station. It was perfect for getting to all of our interested activities. The staff was kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Loved this hotel. Felt upmarket and stylish with a great location next to Kyoto Station. Exceptionally comfortable beds and ideal for a good sleep. We used the luggage transporter to transfer our cases from Tokyo to here and then on to Osaka. Well worth the small cost to not have to manage cases in the busy subway!

We stayed 4 nights. Great location at a walking distance from train stations. The front desk staff were awesome, always acknowledging us and making eye contact everytime we were walking by :) The room was impeccable and very comfortable. The housekeeping was done everyday, which was appreciated. When we were checking out, the staff surprised me with a nice card (written in English) and a beautiful rose for my birthday that was a few weeks before. It was so so thoughtful of them. We loved that hotel and highly recommend it!
