This was our family’s first time staying in Kyoto and I would come back again! The staff are super helpful and friendly! Loved the hot springs/onsen, breakfast was amazing and late night ramen snack! We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, amenities were great, and it is fairly close to the train stations. They also provide luggage transportation services. I was unable to use the onsite onsen due to having too many tattoos, but my husband got to experience it and he loved it! The onsen was super relaxing and spacious. We 100% recommend staying here!

this hotel requires to take off shoes before entering the lobby and put them into a locker. The room is very clean. The hand-washed toilet is an excellent energy saving design. the buffet breakfast is 3000 JPY per person. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including raw and cooked fish., meats, soup, salad, fruits, coffee, tea… i really like the hot spring there. it’s comfortable and convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly. I would stay at this hotel again next time I go.
