I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! If the staff were not available, you were able to call someone on the tablet at the front desk and they would assist you the best they could or get someone else to assist you. One issue was that we couldn't control the temperature of the heat. We woke up in the middle of the night, two nights in a row because it was too hot and stuffy. Incredible bathroom space with impressive water pressure. Easy access to JR line, metro, and buses. All within 10 min walk. Excellent option for people with kids. The large room option is not accessibility friendy as it is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, so that must be kept in mind. But our toddler didnt mind the stairs and we just carried our baby. Lobby staff were very kind, and very helpful. The only negative thing I have to say about the entire experience is that the ledge above the sliding shoji definitely needed to be dusted.
