It’s \~4 mins walk from Tofukuji station. Just outside station, there is a family mart whereby you can buy water, food etc. The room, toilets were clean & neat. There is a small kitchen too with utensils. It also had a small verandah outside whereby you can hang your clothes after washing. Obviously washing machine is provided in the room. Toilets were okay and room sizes were far bigger compared to Tokyo. There are also shared things outside like plates, iron box, adapter, umbrella etc. The only issue wanted to highlight was microwave oven in common area wasn’t clean. We had to clean it before use. This place is close to multiple attractions in Kyoto. But you may have to take bus or Train.
