They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. As a Chinese traveller, I was treated badly by one of this hotel’s staff. There was a white lady right before me, and this staff gave a totally opposite attitude.
