かなりいいけど、いくつか注意点も

駅から遠いとか、近くにコンビニが少ないなどの利便性はイマイチです。 それを補って余りある安さと快適さがありました。 細かいことを書くと、隣との壁が薄い、用意されていたペンがつかない、リモコンの電池が切れてる？のがわずかに不満です。髭剃りがないのも少し困りました。 宿泊税400円込みで現金を丁度用意しないといけない（クレジット不可）ということは表記して欲しかったです。

素晴らしい

素晴らしい。清潔、お部屋も1ルームマンションな　感じで　快適。エレベーター付き 電話での対応　大変感じ良く バスルームは、洗い場と浴槽があり　とても綺麗でした。 期待以上でした 是非また、連泊で泊まりたいと思います。

Would recommend.

Amazing guesthouse. My wife and I were very comfortable in our room, with all the amenities we needed. The area was quiet, clean and the use of bikes for rental was a big bonus, as it's a slight distance away the areas or interest. Overall, will definitely stay again.

買い物を済ませて帰れば、快適だと思います。

バス停も徒歩5分程度。今回は車で行きましたが、3分圏内に駐車場もあり助かりました。隣に食事のできる店も23時まで営業ありました。ドラックストアはあるが、コンビニやスーパーが徒歩圏内にないのが不便でした。 あと、部屋の清掃はホコリや髪の毛などがあり不十分ではありましたが、静かで過ごしやすいへやでした。 Wi-Fiは映画をみていると、たまに止まるレベルでした。

総合的に満足しました　はいめスタッフの方がいると案内のあった時間についたので　どなたか応対してくれると思っていましたが　結局　緊急電話でつないで　鍵のボックスの番号を教えてもらい　宿泊税もボックスに入れて置くように言われ　最後のチェックアウトまで　どなたともスタッフと会うことなかったので　少し心配はありました　部屋にパソコンがあってもテレビが見られないのが残念でした　後　お風呂をためて入りましたが　桶が欲しかったです　その外は　回りも静かで　近くに素敵な飲食店もあり　満足しました ありがとうございました

総合的には良かったです

子どもの新生活の手伝いと入学式のために、４泊しました。 洗濯機があるということで、洗濯ネットも持参しましたが、洗濯機の中があまりきれいでなく、結局全部手洗いしました。でも、干すためのハンガーはたくさんあり、レンジや電気ポットもあって、洗濯以外は困ることはありませんでした。 周辺にはこじんまりとした美味しいお店がいくつもあり、満足でした。

Hotel Spa em Hakone no Japão

Hotel bom, no estilo Japonês. Instalações bem conservadas e com bom custo benefício! O café da manhã é no estilo japonês, bem diferente do ocidental, mas vale provar. As acomodações que escolhemos, com banheiro privativo, eram muito bem conservadas e as camas eram futons. Por outro lado há duas coisas que o hotel pode melhorar. Apesar da limpeza do quarto ser muito boa, a limpeza dos aparelhos de ar condicionado deixava a desejar, dava pra ver que os dutos do aparelho de ar estavam cheios de poeira. A critica, porém, fica por conta da falta de informação, no check in os funcionários poderiam ser mais completos e explicar tudo que estava incluído na estadia (Onsen, kimono, etc), além do serviço de transfer que só nos só ficamos sabendo existir na chegada ao hotel e que não foi explicado o completo funcionamento.
