6 nights for the Kyoto area. Good location not in the Gion but walkable. Great breakfast buffet but sometimes had to wait for seating due to groups. Helpful staff and Concierge service. Recommend and would stay again. Close to shopping and dining.
The staff was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ask for.
This was our first time in Japan and we both agreed at the end of our stay that the next time we come back we will be staying here once again, but next time for longer.
Great hotel and wonderful staff. Staff arranged for restaurant recommendations and reservations for great dining in the area. 9th floor is a great upgrade for snacks and drinks available throughout the day and early evening.
Rooms are absolutely stunning and massive, especially for Japan. We were on the second floor so unfortunately we didn’t open our curtains much. Location is convenient, near to all the main shops on a very busy street.
Skip the Italian restaurant in the lobby, we went to have lunch there while our room was being cleaned and it was the worst meal we had during our month in Japan. Bland food and immensely overpriced.
This hotel is five stars, huge rooms very modern very elegant. The lobby staff is amazing. The restaurant is amazing. We didn’t upgrade on our room that included a lounge on the ninth floor, which was amazing as well. Plus a buffet downstairs at the lobby. Overall, this is beyond a five star hotel, plus it has an amazing location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay definitely coming back.
I loved the location and aesthetics of this hotel. My room was perfectly appointed and our experience in the executive lounge made the stay even better. Also enjoyed an afternoon swim and evening drinks on the rooftop bar. A really lovely place from which to explore a beautiful city.
