From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and happy to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping was fantastic too — towels were changed daily without us even having to ask, which made the whole stay feel effortless and well cared for. The room itself was sleek, modern decor with clean lines and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Overall a great experience, and I'd happily stay again.

Proximity to shopping and Kyoto train station made this property extremely convenient for visiting. The room was spacious and clean. I will highly recommend to friends who want to to stay in Kyoto. Nishiki market and Gion were reachable by bus or taxi pretty easily.

This hotel was great. They were very kind & spoke good English, which was helpful for us. The property was a great location just a few minutes walk from Kyoto station& was extremely clean. We had a great experience with them - they got us a room last minute when our originally booked hotel refused to let us stay there because of the age of our children (11 and 13, the first wanted our kids to be in a separate room) so this hotel helped us out and we were so grateful.

Its close to everything. Convenient with restaurants aroubd and also convenience stores within minutes. Room can be a little bit cleaner but acceptable. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.
