Quite a place! Stayed in the Jagdschloss (surprise upgrade - Thank you!). Stunning views over the lake to the mountains. Gorgeous spot and lovely rooms. Ate at the restaurant which is run by the hotel - excellent food and a good atmosphere.

Clean

Staff were great room was quirky. Comfortable beds plenty of towels. Great bathing facilities at the Lake. Handy for the train station Only negative you need something for cold drinks especially in the summer. It was great we were left a couple of bottles of water each day but they were warm. If you can’t put in a small fridge may you could do ice and ice buckets

We had a fantastic experience, every member of the hotel team were amazing.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. I will definitely be...

The staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
