Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed and clearly very well cared for- our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff made our stay especially memorable. Luca took the time to arrange a late check-in with us and, once we arrived, sat down with us and gave us some fantastic recommendations for Berlin. Ella also made us a coffee that was so good I was still thinking about it days later.

Lovely hotel chain, beautifully decorated throughout, with comfortable bed and bedding. There is a small kitchen which was absolutely adequate for our short stay. Our studio room was overlooking the river with amazing views - I would definitely recommend this side rather than the city view. Also the staff need a special mention as they are super nice, friendly and helpful - the best way to be welcomed after a long trip. We also loved the complimentary, good quality toiletries. What a beautiful hotel! Also very centrally located. The suite we stayed in was very clean, modern and spacious. Bathroom was amazing, with separate bath and shower. There was loads of storage space so you could keep everywhere looking tidy. They had the best hotel hairdryer I ever tried! Even had a kitchen area with fridge. There was a lovely balcony looking over a central area. The beds were extremely comfortable and they had an extensive pillow menu. This hotel definitely lives up to its 5...

The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Bathroom / shower was amazing. It’s central but there isn’t much immediately surrounding (more of a residential area) so it was a bit of a walk to the nightlife… but this meant it was very quiet in the hotel!

Hotel great - clean functional comfy rooms and a fab breakfast provided. It’s opposite the Hasenheide Park so the perfect stop over to participate in their Parkrun! Hermanplatz minutes away which gives easy access to the centre of Berlin - so great location… surrounding area has seen better days but that isn’t on the hotel itself. Lots of places to get food nearby - cafe or supermarket - so you cant go hungry!!!

Great value, cool decor, beautiful garden and superb location, but the aspect I want to focus on is the exceptional service and staff on duty on 16 and 17 August 2024.
1. Check in was busy and the staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
2. Our tv wasn’t working and within 5 minutes (truthfully!) some came up to sort it and replaced the remote batteries.
3. The breakfast selection is beautiful and because it is a large restaurant there were a lot of people. The staff (and manager in...

Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

We stayed at the Casa Campa for 3 nights in April for a city break.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they made us feel very welcome and were happy to give suggestions of places to visit or eat, also gave us a very handy map!
The 24 hour Buffet on the 7 floor is a most excellent idea, the food was always fresh and varied, from sandwiches , fruit crisps and sweets as well as delicious deserts, breakfast is served until 2pm!! At the weekends.
