Lifts took forever to arrive, especially in the morning and bathroom smelt of urine any time you had a shower due to dodgy drains. Staff occasionally difficult to get hold of via room telephone and requests required follow-up or some simple requests like asking for an apple apparently impossible, although we later found a free fruit bowl in the spa so that was fine. Check-in was great very helpful. Welcome email clearly AI generated (laughably over the top!) . Laundry fees extortionate so we went with a local launderette up the road (wash and dried for about £10 in just over an hour). Hotel fees are per item not per load and would have cost over £100 with hotel!!!!"
