"Are you for real! I book this hotel with hotels.com and when we arrived via taxi and long tail boat the place had been closed for more than a year. The boat left and we was stranded on this island for over 2 hot hours without water.. Just a big bloody THANK YOU! hotels.com for ruining our perfect 3 day romantic break. WELL DONE "
