Nice hotel , very friendly staff , great breakfast

Lovely junior garden room with a very nice view! Very cosy and dog friendly! Super food served and the staff especially Jane & Lauren were so lovely and gave super service! Would highly recommend staying or dining here!

Great location for town, has its own small car park, Mark, the owner, friendly and welcoming, Veggie breakfast lovely, clran room, clean shower, comfy bed. Would stay again if I'm in the area 😀

Our family get together weekend at The Old Oak Tree was supreme! Absolutely faultless from arriving, check-in, accommodation, welcome, rear patio/beer garden, drinks service, dinner food and service. Breakfast was fantastic, the whole team was attentive, polite and helpful from beginning to end - a totally positive experience. The Old Oak Tree is fabulous in all departments!!

Good food and comfortable room

First off, Sue (the owner) is just the best! I phoned in advance and asked a couple of favours of her, to put a couple of gifts in the room to surprise my girlfriend. Not only did she do it but she did it for less than budget! (If you do ask something of her like this, it's only fair to reward the wonderful lady with a gift of her own. OK?! Haha!) 2 night country break, great location on market square, town is great base for the area.off street parking as well. Dined both nights in hotel, very pleased with food.nice relaxed bar/dining space with outside (viewing onto main st) seating.

Food was amazing

Excellent quality cooked breakfast. Our room was in the Chalets out the back of the pub with every thing we needed provided including biscuits and a hair dryer!

High Paradise Farm aptly named as this place is truly magical. I loved the individual character of my room which had all amenities to make it a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Well stocked kitchenette, lovely big bathroom and very comfortable bed. I particularly valued the privacy this place offered. Ginny (one of the owners) was around and extremely helpful and friendly. I love the ethos of this place and will definitely return come rain or shine.

Free car parking! Easy to find , nice modern bedroom , shower ,tv , coffee tea etc , We managed to get the key early , Breakfast was Cooked freshly for us .

What a find. Super rural location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spotless with loads of little special extras. The breakfast and the bistro style food was superb. We had a brilliant stay here and we would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

On arrival we were greeted very warmly and show to our room which was spotless. After settling in we went back down to the bar area and were made to feel very welcome, we ordered a meal and went to the restaurant the food was great. Booked as a getaway to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Arrived late but the Landlady was there to greet us (having called previously to check what time we were expecting to arrive). We'd been upgraded into a large and very comfortable room, containing a super queen bed (we'd given no pre-warning of the reasons for our weekend away). We had a really pleasant stay with a good choice of offerings for breakfast, all of which were well cooked and presented.

Such a beautiful, grand and gracious hotel, this is in a perfect spot in Ripon. We were looked after as if very special guests by all the staff. The food was so delicious, a unique and delicious breakfast. Totally recommended
