They offer nostalgia and comfort during the day but in the early hours even the nimblest of feet cant creep silently past your door. Staff are in the main friendly. Perhaps the receptionists could up their game and match the happy personality of the rest of this well trained team."

Service not great as order taken incorrectly meaning one of our group got his meal later than the rest - they didn't charge him for it. Reception staff very good & helpful"
