"We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future!"

The accomodation is pure luxury, extremely comfortable, well equipped and with amazing mattresses for a fabulous nights sleep. You are set in the country but with easy access to visit numerous places easily. You can sit and enjoy watching the birds and wildlife. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating and have made a wonderful place to stay. Highly recomend. Thankyou."

"We used this as guest accommodation for a wedding at East Riddlesden Hall, which this property was ideal for as it was only a short (20 mins) car journey away and itself is located very near to conveniences- e.g. a Booths is only a 5 minute walk away. The property was also immaculately presented and the property manager answered all questions I had expediently. Would definitely stay here again."

"Colton Loft was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that one would wish, situated in a beautiful quiet village with the helpful host living just next door. The 3 local pubs Plum and Partridge, Carlton Inn and the Fauconberg were all very good. Exploring York was also easy with the use of the excellent Rawcliff Bar park and ride."

"We had a very comfortable 8-night stay. It’s set in a very quite village with beautiful views of Wensleydale, exactly what we wanted. It was clean, had a good shower and equipped with everything we needed, including some kids toys and dvd’s which came in handy. The owner was very responsive and accommodating with our questions and asks. Would happily stay again."

"Artist cottage was a comfortable well furnished and clean property. It was within walking distance of Harrogate and handy for visiting surrounding area. There is a railway line to rear but it wasn't intrusive. Our only concern was the extremely steep wooden stair to bedrooms and with the bathroom being on the ground floor, this was not ideal. So, I would say not for the older guest or anyone with walking difficulties. "

"Amazing property, lovely location, great communication from host and comfy beds. Perfectly clean, only the fridge and freezer could have done with a clean. Would have been useful for the soap/shampoo etc dispensers to be labelled as to which was which. "
