"We really enjoyed our stay but found the cleaning timetable below expectations. We like to relax after lunch but our room was not cleaned until after 3pm which meant that we had to arrange our activities around the hotel schedule rather than the other way round. When we asked there appeared to be no flexibility in the cleaning schedule ."

"An excellent hotel, close to the centre of Harrogate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great, but didn't have air conditioning so really hot in the heatwave. Bistro was great, quality food and service. Breakfast excellent. "

"This Hotel could do with a serious upgrade. We would not have stayed longer in the room we had if it had been for more than one night. When we arrived and saw the view it was great, but then it went downhill. The en suite was not good at all, and the dinning room more like a canteen. After 17 days away staying at 12 different places, this was most disappointing. I will say no more."
