"The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the breakfast well set out and good choice of exception food, bed comfortable and beautiful view from window."

"Lovely historic building with a nod to the past in the internal character but with an overall modern feel within the rooms. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safety deposit box and toiletries which made this a lovely room. Would have liked a better view, we were in room 145 at the back of the property and tbe coffee/tea tray was on a unit where there wasnt a plug so had to keep moving the entire tray to the dressing table when using the kettle. Given complimentary drink at the bar for our wedding anniversary which was nice and arrived in our room to towel swans and rose petals on the bed which was a lovely touch. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options - all good quality produce. Location was very convenient for walking into the centre of Harrogate. "

"The bed was super comfortable and the refurbished bar and restaurant were excellent. The only downside was that the lift wasn’t working due to a new one being installed. It’s the second time that we’ve stayed in this hotel and it certainly won’t be the last "

"staff were excellent , could not be more helpful . Room was so spacious and kept to a high standard ate in restaurant both nights of our stay , viewing other places to eat we found the hotel restaurant much better both decor service and food,many thanks to all the staff , so central. If i had to pick a fault i would have to make it up (which i won’t) The parking was first rate , we got parked no bother however beware it’s first come first servered. Many thanks to all the staff.
