"My bed - room 136 was absolutely awful...I could literally feel every coil/spring. When I say this I mean I could pass my hand over the bed and feel them...I weigh 116 lbs, not a heavy load. I had a terrible night was too uncomfortable to sleep for more than a hour at a time. We also waited for more than 5 minutes for hot water to reach our shower. Beautiful hotel to look at but sadly can not recommend."

"Unfortunately breakfas started to late for me as I was on a motorbike tours with some miles to do. Singled beded room cramped. Although bathroom was huge. A plug is need near kettle otherwise its by your bed or balanced on radiator "

"Lovely location and beautiful room with modern appointments and quality tea/ coffee/ toiletries etc. Convenient location for the highlands with things to see and do from the doorstep. The only let down was the breakfast which took almost an hour to arrive after ordering, which sadly took the shine off an otherwise excellent stay. However, the management were very apologetic, so it would appear we were just unlucky on that occasion."
