"Very comfortable single room ticked all the boxes. Helpful staff. Very convenient central London location five minutes from Charing Cross. Used self check-in to avoid the long queues at reception. Definitely recommend"

"Room was clean. Pool and hot tub were a nice amenity after a long day of travel. We were right on the road on the first floor and the room was surprisingly quiet. The beds were quite hard so that was our only complaint."
